Each band is made to the size of your wrist. Please take look at the below diagram on how to measure your wrist and input the size into the notes on your order.  

 

Measuring Tape

When using a measuring tape wrap the tape as close to your hand as possible. 

No Measuring Tape

If you don't have a tape measurer use a piece of string to measure your wrist and then place it on a ruler to get the actual measurements in inches.
